GemShop coupon codes are subject to expiration without notice. Expired coupon codes will not be accepted, even if linked from third-party sites. Please contact us promptly if you wish to revise or cancel your order. Note that orders that have been dispatched cannot always be revised or canceled.

DISCLAIMERS
GemShop is not responsible for damages to silver jewelry caused by friction, exposure to water, or improper storage. Jewelry damaged due to these factors is not covered under our return policy.
We are also not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping information provided by customers. No refunds will be offered in such cases.
