GemShop Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order and personalized, so please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

  • Insurance: All domestic shipments include complimentary shipping insurance

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery estimates by region:

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days

  • Other Regions: 14–30 business days
    Shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All international packages are insured against loss or damage.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@gemshopco.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate and assist.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been dispatched, but if a shipment is returned to us undelivered, we will notify you and arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund, minus original shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All orders include shipping insurance. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of any damage. We will either resend the item or issue a full refund.
